Maritime Youth Festival

Dear Scouts,

Circular from Scouts HQ:

Organised by the Maritime and Port Authorities of Singapore, the biennial two-day Maritime Youth Festival (MYF) is the first ever maritime-themed event dedicated to engage the youths. 

Event details are as follows:
Date: 16th and 17th July 2016 (Saturday / Sunday)
Time: 11am - 8pm
Venue: Tan Quee Lan Street (Opposite Bugis Junction)

Join the MYF for a weekend of fun-filled activities! You can tour the game booths to learn about Maritime Singapore and stand a chance to win attractive prizes. There will also be specially designed games at the career corner that will help you understand professions in the maritime industry better. You will also get a chance to do a personality profiling to learn more about yourself.

NPC training

Greetings Scouts,

As the National Patrol Camp(NPC) will draw nearer to us,we will be conducting NPC trainings next week on Wednesday,Friday and Saturday as follows:

NPC Training
Venue: St. Gabriel's Sec
Time: 8.30am to 1pm (latest)
Training dates (22, 24 and 25 June 2016)
Attire: PT attire (Crux t-shirt) and shorts, no school t-shirts. 
Things to bring: water bottles, writing materials and mobile phones.

Attendance is compulsory for all scouts from sec 1-sec 3. If you are unable to attend, please produce a letter written by your parents about your absence or MC. Fall in at 8:30am sharp.

followed by clicking on the "sign up for HQ courses and activities".You can click on the blue link once you are inside to find out what are the courses that you would be interested in afterwards just filling up the google form to submit your choices.We hope to get a good response on the number of participants in the activities.

Speech Day Parade 2016

Greetings Scouts


Tomorrow is our speech day parade!
Everyone in the contingent AND reserves, please be in school at 6:45am sharp. Be in your full scout uniform. That includes your Beret, Scarf, Belt, Uniform, Scout socks, Pants and Boots. Make sure it is ironed well. What I mean by that is that I do not want to see any creases on it. All those whose pants are too short please go and alter it. I want all of you to have all your badges properly sewed on. Lastly, season your beret and polish your boots well. Let's put on a good parade as a unit!
