Dear Scouts,

1. For those who were absent for 22nd and 23rd Feb meetings, take the initiative to submit your MCs/Letters of Excuse to Ms Siti, Mr Zhang Huasheng or me directly and ASAP.

2. For Scouts who have long-term committments to group tuition/church on Saturdays, a letter of verification from your parents is required.

3. Finally, a reminder that if you know you can't make it for a Saturday meeting due to emergencies, submit the letter of excuse earlier on Friday so that the teachers are informed beforehand and thus, improve the admin process.
