For all trainings please come in PT Kit and bring your bottles.

3rd June, Wed (12-5pm)
5th June, Fri  (8-1pm)
10th June,  Wed (8-1pm)
12th June, Fri (8-1pm)
22nd June, Mon (8-1pm)
24th June, Wed (8-1pm)
26th June, Fri (8-1pm)
- End of June Hols
30th June, Tue (230-530pm)
3rd July, Fri (2-6pm)
4th July, Sat (8-12pm)
7th July, Tue (230-530pm)

Timing for release may be later if objective to finish is not met.
