Progress Badge (Scout Standard, Advance Scout Standard, First Class Scout Standard)
The Progress badge should be the highest badge just below the Singapore Scout Flash. The exception is when the Scout holds the Ambulance Badge, as it is the only badge that comes in a pair (2 of the same design). Therefore it is worn below the Scout Flash and above the Progress badge. No other badge is to be above the Patrol badge, only the Progress and Ambulance. The Progress Badge is to be sewn on the left arm sleeve.
Proficiency BadgesOn the right arm sleeve, the Ambulance badge should be the highest with all other proficiency badges below it. It is not part of the formation of the Green Proficiency badges. The number of Proficiency badges (including Service badges) allowed for each Progress level is as follows:
Scout Standard badge : 5 Proficiency badges.
Advance Scout Standard badge : 10 Proficiency badges.
First Class Scout Standard badge : As many badges as the Scout can earn.
