There will be a meeting tomorrow at 7.20am. Bring your Full Uniform. Attendance is COMPULSORY. Those who are free please stay back tomorrow to build the flagpole, Sec2s and above.

Please get me the list of those who are not turning up for tomorrow's meeting.
Get me the reasons too.
I want it to be reported by 8pm tonight.
For those who did not turn up for yesterday's meeting, Hand up your letters/MCs by tomorrow 7am at the Scout Den.
For those who did not turn up for today's meeting, hand up your letters/MCs by tomorrow, 7am at the Scout Den.
For those who not be turning up tomorrow morning, Hand up your letters/MCs by friday 2pm.
Action will be taken as it will be counted as truency if letters/MCs are not produced.
