sec 3s [express] - 2.50pm
sec 3s [NA] - 1.45pm

end: 5.30pm

requirements: Half uniform, PT kit, 1.5 litre sprite bottle.

APLs are reminded to inform your patrol members.
ACQM to inform your QMs.
