Campfire 1 June 2013

Greetings scouts,

There is a final campfire preparation before the actual campfire tomorrow(01/06/2013). You are required to fall in outside the scout den at 7.50am in your PT kit. Please bring along your water bottles. Please also remember to bring your Full Uniform, including polished boots. Please ensure they are in tip-top condition, i.e, badges sewn, uniform ironed, boots polished.
Please put your best effort in our final campfire preparation and show the scouting spirit during the campfire itself!

Meeting on Friday (31/5/13)

Greetings scouts

There will be a meeting tomorrow (31/5/13). It will be from 9:30am to 5:00pm. Attire would be PT kit and bring your water bottle. Attendance is compulsory. For those that have to attend the parent teacher meeting, come for the scout meeting first and once it is your time for the Parent Teacher meeting, we will let you go. Nut once it is done, return back for the meeting.

Update for the 31st of May

Greetings scouts,

Here is an update for the 31st of May. There will no longer be a stay over on the 31st of May due to the parents night event held in the school. As there is lesser time to prepare for the campfire now, I want a very good attendance for the rest of the campfire preparations meetings and I hope all of you will give your best in all the meetings.

Update for tommorows meeting

Greetings scouts,

There will be a change in tomorrow's meeting. For the sec 1s and 2s, you are to fall in outside the scouts den by 1:10pm as your lessons will end at 12:30pm due to the new exam timetable. Apls are to take charge from 1:10pm to 2:00pm by teaching the scout cheers. Attire would be PT kit.

For the sec 3s, you will have to fall in by 2:00pm as your lessons will end at 1:30pm due to the new exam timetable. Attire would be PT kit. This meeting is compulsary and ONLY medical certificates would be allowed.

Meeting for St. Nicholas Campfire

Greetings Scouts,

There will be a St Nicholas(Galaxy) Campfire. Details are as follows:

Date: 17 May 2013(Friday)
Time: 6.15pm-9.30pm
Location: St Nicholas Secondary School
Dress Code: Full Scout Uniform

for those who are attending this upcoming campfire please do be reminded that we are meeting at the school opposite viod deck at 5pm, do spread this to your fellow scout mates who are attending as well.

All Campfire Preparation Dates

Greetings scouts,

The following is all the campfire preparation dates :

-20th of May
-22nd of May
-23rd of May
-27th of May
-29th of May

All of the above meetings would be from 2:30-6:00 for the time being. Do be in your PT kit during all this meetings unless stated otherwise. These meetings are all COMPULSARY for all scouts. Failure to turn up without Medical certificates would result in severe consequences which would be dealt by the sirs and ma'am.We would inform you if there are any changes.

IMPORTANT
During the 31st of May, there will be a stayover in school until the 1st of June which is the day of the campfire. This is compulsary.

Campfire preparations

Greetings scouts,

There will be campfire preparation meetings on the 14th, 15th and 16th of May. 

On the 14th and 15th of May, only the sec 2s and 3s would need to attend. During these few days, we would be preparing for the campfire which would be on the 1st of June. These meetings are all COMPULSARY for all sec 2s and 3s. Failure to turn up without Medical certificates would result in severe consequences which would be dealt by the sirs and ma'am. Sec 2s would have a quick test on the 14th. Upon completion and passing of the test would result you in getting your long awaited scout standard. These meetings would be from 8:30am-2:00pm.

For the 16th of May, all scouts would need to attend. This meeting is COMPULSARY. Failure to turn up without Medical certificates would result in severe consequences which would be dealt by the sirs and ma'am. This meeting would be from 2:00pm - 5:30pm. There will be post exam timetables so the timing would not clash with your curriculum. Though it might be change if the post exam timetable changes.

You are to be in your PT kit during all meetings.

Speech Day Parade (13/4/13)

Greetings scouts,

There will be the annual speech day parade tomorrow. All those participants are to fall in outside the scouts den in your full uniform at 8:30 sharp. This is compulsory for all speech day participants including the reserves. Do polish your boots and make sure your uniform is in correct order before coming to school. Anybody who fails to turn up without a medical certificate will be severely dealt with.

As the participants have been practicing very hard for this moment, I hope that you all will give your best and put up a good show tomorrow like what you did at the end of the meeting today but better.

Your attire should not consist of your school shorts or any converse shoes. This meeting is compulsory for all scouts and failure to turn up without a medical certificate or a proper parents letter will result in punishment.

Speech Day Infomation And Dates

Greetings scouts,

There will be a speech day rehearsal tomorrow (9/4/13) for all speech day participants including the reserves. You are to fall in at 2:50pm sharp tomorrow outside the scouts den. You are to be in your full uniform. This meeting is compulsory for all speech day participants. Failure to turn up for the meeting without a medical certificate or at least a parents letter will be severely dealt with.

There will also be another speech day rehearsal this Wednesday (10/4/13). All the information needed for that day is the same as stated above unless there is a change which we will remind you if there is any.
