Ugent Meetings on 1December and 2 December

Greetings

There would be meetings on the 1Dec (Tuesday) and the 2Dec(Wednesday) for the sec1s and sec2s. We would be doing stock taking during this meetings and there would not be a need to bring your full uniform. However, attendance will be taken and tuition is not a valid reason.

Fall in: 8am
(for both meetings)

A lunch break will be given on Wednesday so please bring enough money to buy your own lunch. For those who have any lessons( e.g guitar, tuition, etc), you will given permission to leave early but you still have to return back after the lesson or activity. Please inform your APLs beforehand that you will need to leave early.

I would want to apologise for the late notice and if you have and questions or doubts, please ask your fellow APL for assistance.

Thank you.

Nathan Chang

As for now,

Be there in your Half Uniform. You still have to bring along your Full Uniform.
We will help out in transporting the logistics to Braddell Heights Community Centre.

The remaining patrols, Eagle, Swift and Woodstock will have to arrive at Braddell Heights Community Centre Multi-Purpose Hall at 7.25am sharp to prepare for the event.
Be there in your Full Uniform.

Please have your breakfast before arriving.

Everyone is to bring along their:
1) Water Bottles
2) Poncho

For those who have not passed up their consent forms, hand them up latest by this friday, 13/11/09.

Outdoor Cooking.

A reminder to those who took the Outdoor Cooking (1) Test last friday.
Everyone did not meet the criteria to pass the Outdoor Cooking. Treat it as a learning experience and strive to pass the next test which is to be taken on 13/11/09.
Recall what went wrong, and correct them if possible.

Please collect a sufficient amount of kindlings and firewood.
we will not provide kerosene-soaked wood like the previous test. Everyone is to collect at least a black trash bag full of kindling and firewood.

Please do remember to bring along $3 to pay for your food items which are to be cooked.
This is to prevent any wastage of the unit's funds.

Feel free to contact me, Jolian, at 91907899 for any enquiries.
