Founded in 1959, our Unit has never not held a campfire.

Important Notice

Scouts,


There will be not more training(s) from now until school reopens next year. This does not apply to any SCC meetings and specialist trainings/meetings (should there be any). However, should there be a need for everyone to gather for a meeting, you will be contacted.


Those who did not turn up for ATC'2008 are reminded that you are to submit an MC/ a parent's letter. If you were overseas, please show the plane ticket/photocopy your passport. A warning/termination letter may be issued if you fail to comply with this protocol.

Annual Training Camp 2008

Annual Training Camp is just round the corner.

This is a compulsory event as during this camp, we will be selecting the next batch of probational leaders to go through the second probational period. if you do not attend this camp even with a valid reason, it will affect your chances of getting promoted next year as ATC is the most important event for our Unit.

Here are the details for the camp:

Venue: St. Gabriel's Secondary School
Date: 10th - 13th December
Assembly Time: 0730hrs
Dismissal Time: 1400hrs
Fee: $20

Things to Bring:

Full-U(including boots)
Crux/school T-shirt : 3
School/P.E Shorts : 3
Underwear : 4
Scout Socks : 1 pair
White Socks : 2 pairs
Track Shoes : 1 pair
1.5l Green Sprite Waterbottle : 1
Towel : 1
Toothbrush : 1
Poncho : 1
Torchlight w/ Extra batteries : 1
Utility/Buck knife#:1
Windbreaker/Jacket* : 1
Scout Test Book : 1
Notebook/pad and Stationary : 1 set
Mess tins(2 per set) : 1 set
Cutlery : 1 Set
Mess Mug/Cup* : 1
Powder(medium size)* : 1
Personal Medication : compulsory

Handphones and other items will be allowed to be brought to camp but will be kept by the instructors and usage will be restricted.

Friday Meeting (5/12/2008)

Dear Scouts. Please note there will be a meeting this Friday.
Fall in time : 0730.

Please bring along your Full U, water bottles , and PT Kit.

Every meeting is compulsory. If you do not turn up with a valid reason or MC, you will be referred to Mr Chan and your parents will be acknowledged. This goes to all Scouts who do not turn up regularly and do not provide an MC.
Especially to all Sec3s who are not going to ventures.

The SCC has also planned to have less boring meetings stated at the Forum, We expect full attendance this Friday.
